Pastrama’s culinary journey began as a young man working in California at some of Napa Valley’s finest resorts. His exposure to the blending of fine foods and incredible wines encouraged him to pursue an education at the distinguished New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vt.
Pastrama opened JPCC with a vision to incorporate Napa Valley cuisine with Colorado’s sustainable food products for a one-of-a-kind food experience in the comfort of your own home or for your special events throughout the seasons.
