THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF COLORADO TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to appear and defend against the claims of the complaint filed with the court in this action, by filing with the clerk of this court an answer or other response. This is an action of foreclosure pursuant to Rule 105, C.R.C.P. to the real property situate in Pagosa Springs, Colorado more particularly described as Lot 220, Pagosa Vista, according to plat thereof filed September 13, 1971, at Reception No. 74884, in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Archuleta County, Colorado.
